New project: Toda la verdad de mis mentiras
'Toda la verdad de mis mentiras' filming begins
Netflix has announced the start of filming for Toda la verdad de mis mentiras, a new miniseries based on the successful novel of the same name by Elísabet Benavent (Valeria, Un cuento perfecto and Fuimos canciones)
This Netflix adaptation, produced in collaboration with Plano a Plano, features Elísabet Benavent, Ángel Armada and Marina Pérez as executive producers. César Benítez is the producer, and the series is directed by María Togores and Marina Pérez, the latter of whom is also in charge of the script alongside Montaña Marchena.
The cast includes Daniel Ibáñez (Segundo premio, Las leyes de la frontera), Itziar Manero (Manual para señoritas), Ricardo Gómez (Cuéntame cómo pasó, Soy Nevenka), Brays Efe (Paquita Salas), Lucía de la Fuente (Tóxico, Las brujas de Zugarramurdi) and Clara Sans (Mamen Mayo, Celeste), among others.
The miniseries tells the story of Coco and Marín, two best friends who have lived together for years. Together with their friends, they are about to embark on a caravan trip to celebrate Blanca’s bachelorette party. What should be a celebration of friendship turns into a ticking time bomb when the secrets they have kept from each other begin to be revealed.
